John Alden HRA Plan coverage is pre-packaged to work in concert with the HRA and maximize the employer's potential benefits. Employers and employees will enjoy the security of a top-notch insurance plan that features an assortment of valued benefits.

Employee Choice
John Alden's Employee Choice Program allows employers to include multiple plans in one benefit package. For example, employers may choose to purchase a John Alden HRA Plan along with a Medical Savings Account or traditional plan and allow employees to choose the one that best suits their needs and budget.

Employee Choice also provides remote or satellite office employees with plans and providers in their own local areas. The employer receives one convenient bill for all locations and plans. (Certain restrictions apply.)

Any size company can implement an HRA and save. The amount of savings depends on total company payroll and how much employees contribute toward their benefits.

John Alden HRA Plans include:

  • Choice of benefit percentage: 100% or 80%
  • Choice of deductible: $2,000, $3,000, $4,000 or $5,000 (individual)
  • Network or Classic HRA Plans (where available)
  • Preventive care services, including coverage for routine nursery and pediatric care, well-child exams to age 3, routine physicals, flu vaccinations, prostate exams, occult blood tests, mammograms and Pap tests
